Choose a size using information for the exact item you want to buy. Clothing labels and sizing systems can differ between products; this guide provides measurement tips rather than a universal size chart.
Start with the product page
Review the description, available size options and any measurements or fit notes shown for the item. Check whether a measurement refers to the body or the garment itself. Compare like measurements in the same unit. If the page does not include enough detail, contact us before ordering.
Measuring for clothing
Use a flexible measuring tape. For a body measurement, keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight. Measure the area relevant to the garment: chest or bust, waist, hips or inside leg. A well-fitting garment you already own can also provide a useful comparison when a product lists garment measurements.
Do not convert a letter size such as S, M or L into a guaranteed fit without checking the item. Intended fit, garment cut and the measurement method can affect the comparison.
Checking shoe sizes
Confirm the sizing system shown for the shoes and use any product-specific chart provided. If foot-length measurements are available, measure both feet and compare the larger measurement using the method stated on the product page. Avoid assuming that a size from another brand or sizing system is directly interchangeable.
Bags, watches and other accessories
Check any published dimensions, strap or bracelet measurements and adjustment information. A label such as “one size” describes a listed option and does not establish that the item fits everyone. Photos can make scale difficult to judge, so ask if dimensions are missing or unclear.
